Are used as Bed & Breakfast two typical farmhouses connected by a large veranda. It has been renovated with special attention to restoring original materials such as the old terracotta floor and furnished with furniture from the late 800s to early 900s. Are present nine rooms with sea or garden views, each with a bathroom, TV, minibar, air conditioning and safe.

The farmhouses are located on the northern slopes of Monte Fico within Le Sughere Farm. This hilly area is surrounded by terraces surrounded by stone walls surrounded by vineyards, cork oaks and centuries-old holm oaks, myrtles and strawberry trees. The quiet is only interrupted by the sounds of the forest. The villa offers a wide view of the sea and in particular of the islands of Palmaiola and Cerboli.

The climate is well ventilated and the dense vegetation makes the temperature pleasant on summer evenings.

The large pool with 14 x 6 m is furnished with elegant deck chairs and sun loungers as well as a well-shaded wrought-iron pavilion from the 18th century. The pool area is surrounded by a lush garden and offers an oasis of calm with sea views.

A convenient parking space of sufficient size is available for the clients. The farmhouses are 2 km from the sea and the picturesque village of Rio Marina, whose marina is dominated by the old Torre degli Appiani from 1534. Rio Marina, the cradle of mining culture and old gastronomic traditions, offers a beautiful sea and beaches with a view of the “Costa che Brilla”.

The last 500 meters to the structure are not paved, but passable carefully by any vehicle.
